2. Service Description

Poshan Hisab is an independent software tool built to assist school administrators and coordinators in Gujarat with:

• Monthly PM Poshan (MDM) accounting and grain balance calculations.
• Auto-generation of Patrak-A & Patrak-B PDF report sheets.
• Managing center parameters, student counts, and cook salaries.

3. User Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your username or password with any co-workers or third-parties.

4. Data Accuracy & submissions

The calculation logic processes results directly based on the attendance and stock figures you input. Poshan Hisab is a mathematical reporting aid. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated PDF sheets before submitting them to your administrative head office.

5. Purchases & Billing Terms

Accessing certain monthly folders and premium features requires purchasing pricing packages:

• All costs are billed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Transactions are routed through secure, verified gateways (Razorpay/PhonePe).
• Purchased quota tokens cannot be transferred to other profiles.

6. No Refund Policy

All token and subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for details.

7. Prohibited Activity

You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering the calculations, using scrapers/bots to extract data, or attempting unauthorized access to other school profiles.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Poshan Hisab or its developers be liable for calculation errors from bad user input, system downtime, or loss of calculation archives due to force majeure.
